CAP Sport gives users / members / buyers the right to delete their personal data, to correct and / or update their personal data and / or to deactivate their registration, at any time by sending an email to info@capsport.gr
Channeling and disclosure of personal data
CAP Sport undertakes not to sell, rent or in any way publish and / or disclose the personal data of visitors / users / members of capsport.gr to any third party.
Product Returns
They can be made within 10 working days under the following conditions:
- If the product is defective, it is returned at the recipient’s expense and after we check the product, we send you the same one with no extra cost.
- Returned products must be in their original condition as when you received them.
- Be in their original packaging and properly packaged so that it is not damaged on return.
- Have no marks from tools.
- If any of the above conditions do not apply, then the return is canceled and you will be charged the shipping costs.
- Before any return, you must first contact us by e-mail at info@capsport.gr or by phone at 2310 553994 in order to be registered, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Refunds
They do not take place.
The listed prices of the products include the legal VAT.
